GSC's IT consultants give your business the flexibility to tackle new initiatives, accelerate your work flow, and meet project deadlines.
Although consulting rates sometimes appear to be high, there are huge cost savings for the employer. During each assignment, the client is not responsible to pay weekly state and federal taxes associated with the contract employee. Further savings include, workers compensation and liability insurance, health insurance and any unemployment costs if the individual is laid off or even released. The only cost is an hourly rate; the only responsibility is managing the consultant. There is no commitment or guarantee that a client must give when engaging with us in a consulting opportunity.
This allows each client the flexibility to augment their staff for as long or short as they desire. On the other hand, if a client identifies a consultant who fits a long term need, GSC provides an option in which we will release the employee with no fee whatsoever after six months of continuous employment.
From the standpoint of both sides, IT contracting allows the client and consultant to ensure the job and work environment are mutually conducive. Furthermore, GSC's IT contract staffing allows candidates the ability to maximize their income potential, while actually minimizing the client spending at the same time.

GSC does not compete for the same pool of public domain candidates. While we do advertise as one source to building our network, most of our placements come from referrals, former GSC consultants, and direct sourcing. GSC communicates with clients on a consistent, regular basis, whether by phone and/or email.
GSC spends the time learning about our clients specific needs, and works to build a trusting relationship with them. Many employers are frustrated with the quality of resumes they receive from recruiting firms. GSC solves that issue by properly qualifying the assignment before working on it, and filtering every sourced candidate through two or three quality control processes. GSC screens for both technical fit and culture fit. GSC provides insight about candidates based on doing hundreds of interviews per year.
